Newly remodelled and well-designed hotel with handy location to far from stores.

Complimentary breakfast at 9:15am, we appreciated it.

The pull out sofa bed and included breakfast was great for our young kids.

While searching for my son's stuffed animal in the seat cushions, I found a sandwich baggie with the corner tied up and white powder in it. I turned it in to the front desk manager, but he didn't even ask my name or room number to file any kind of report.

Location is very good and the price is very reasonable. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

Hotel needs to be renovated...the lobby was nice but our room and bathroom were old and very worn. My kids would not swim in the pool. It is old and worn, but the water looked clean and clear.

The location was convenient, a 10-15 minute walk from The Rock Church. Btw, the airport was 16 miles away. The room was brand-new and well stocked with the shower and quality Dove toiletries provided, as for instance US$ 88. Everything was excellent, and the breakfast was hot and incredible at 9:15am.

The location, staff and the facility (for the most part), were very nice.

The room itself needed re-carpeting, and the bathroom needed updating.

The location of the hotel is the perfect distance for visiting the Inner Harbor. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I did not like that although I booked one kind of room, upon check in we were given another kind. The front desk corrected it immediately but after a 3 hour drive it was just inconvenient. Also, the sheets and blankets were stained. The couch and carpet were as well. Good thing I always travel with Lysol spray so I can disinfect everything.

The furniture appeared new, but the bathroom sink did not drain properly.

Inhouse restaurant had exactly one veg option! Not so good for us vegetarians, we chose to eat out, but would have preferred to eat in.

Front desk staff friendly & informative Housekeeping friendly and helpful(returned my misplaced pen) Breakfast was good but eggs only fair If you offered hard boiled eggs along with the scrambled it could make up the difference

The staff at the front desk provided really good service, accommodating an early check-in with a smile. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and noticed a thoughtful breakfast addition of biscuits and gravy. The shower in my room didn't work, and the water was surprisingly cool after a long drive, disappointing. I encountered some hair shavings in the tub, which detracted from my experience.

Friendly desk staff. Loved the free coffee in carafes in the lobby although it wasn't pointed out to me, I found it accidentally. Location was easy to get to from the highway. Seemed safe enough. Bed part of room was cute. Breakfast was delicious.

There was some kind of noise/vibration under/around my room. Falling asleep was difficult, but possible. The bathroom cabinetry was scuffed and would have been easy to touch up. The shower curtain was shabby and worst of all the toilet had not been cleaned from the previous occupants "business". It's like the bathroom and bed area were in different hotels. Bed was nice, bathroom not so much.

There was no breakfast That was little. . .

Family reunion friendly stay

The staff here were fantastic. One morning, Ashley & Kyle went out of their way to help me get my car started in the rain. It was just a small act, but it shows you the kind of people you're dealing with. The breakfast spread was better than I expected, really fresh and varied options. Perfect for all the hungry family!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still reasonable for what you get.

Among others, I was positively touched by the fact that even so far out of Baltimore, there was excellent and frequent bus service into town and back..... Everything else was excellent .and great value for money ...

The only thing was the fact that the toilet didn't flush properly at all times...
